Dark Forest Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping Processing Time:
  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
  • We offer standard shipping through USPS for all domestic orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and unforeseen delays with USPS.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages:
  • Dark Forest is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
  • Dark Forest is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
