Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our leather wallet company. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on non-customized products within 14 days of receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Please note that customized pieces, such as engravings or embroidery, are not eligible for return or exchange. We understand that buying a customized piece is a big decision and we strongly recommend that you review the design and confirm your order before finalizing it.
To initiate a return, please contact us at darkforestusa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. 
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at darkforestusa@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
